Kadokawa Corporation, a Japanese media conglomerate that owns multiple subsidiaries, including Danganronpa creator Spike Chunsoft and Elden Ring and Dark Souls developer FromSoftware, confirmed that it has 26 new titles in development.
As reported by GameWatch (via Automaton), the upcoming games include 20 titles for consoles and six for mobile platforms. The two mentioned studios, along with the company Acquire, known for the Tenchu: Stealth Assassins series and Hookah Haze, possibly will be among the developers working on new titles. Some of the titles are already revealed. For instance, Gotcha Gotcha Games, another Kadokawa's subsidiary, develops Action Game Maker, scheduled for 2025.

In a recent financial report, the company shared that its gaming segment was "driven powerfully by strong domestic and overseas sales" of Elden Ring and its DLC Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree. Net sales in gaming increased by 32.8% year on year, and operating profit rose by 50.8%.
