During the recent Xbox Partner Preview event, it was announced that Frostpunk 2, developed by 11 bit studios, is going to hit us sooner than we might've expected.
Frostpunk 2 is a city-building simulator set in a post-apocalyptic harsh, icy wasteland, 30 years after a catastrophic blizzard destroyed the Earth, where players must manage a settlement to survive in these extreme conditions.
Set for launch on July 25, the game will be available on Xbox Game Pass on the first day of its release, as we earlier reported.
The standard edition of the game on Steam is priced at $44.99, while the deluxe version is available for $67.49 with a 10% discount.
Speaking of the console version, the release date is yet to be announced.
As for now, you can buy or wishlist the game on Steam and take a look at the new trailer released by the developer.
During the same event, it was announced that a sequel to The Sinking City 2 would be released in 2025. You can find more details here.
