A Procedural Road Generator Made Using Geometry Nodes In Blender

Blender Artist Bbbn19 shared yet another great generator.

We know you love procedural generators that save time on building environments so we decided to feature one more useful goodie. Blender Artist Bbbn19 released a Geometry Nodes-based generator that allows you to transform curves into roads. You can see a demo below.

The developer says that curves can be placed manually or drawn using the curve draw tool. Please note that the roads are customizable, and can be edited in the modifier tab.

This new generator is meant for Blender 3.2. You can learn more and get it for $4+ here

In case you're looking for more procedural stuff in Blender, the artist has also recently released a short tutorial that shows how to create the Mimic alien from the 2014 movie Edge Of Tomorrow using Geometry Nodes. The effect can also be found on the developer's Gumroad page. Learn more here
