Akram Kasravi Fard showcased Frozen Waterfall 2.0.
Akram Kasravi Fard has published a short demo highlighting the capabilities of her updated Frozen Waterfall tool in Unreal Engine 5. It runs entirely on built-in tools using Geometry Scripting, no Houdini or third-party plug-ins required.
Frozen Waterfall 2.0 is now finalized and fully functional, featuring:
- Realistic cascading surface drips;
- Procedural snow buildup at the base;
- Smart pathfinding for uneven props;
- Reworked materials, including shimmering fantasy ice
- Significantly faster performance and a smoother workflow.
The final version is currently being prepared for release and will be available on Fab very soon. In the meantime, you can check out the original Frozen Waterfall tool, which allows you to generate everything from massive, cliff-side ice sheets to delicate, hanging icicles on any mesh in your scene:
