Hazelight Studios, the developer known for engaging co-op games like It Takes Two, A Way Out, and Split Fiction, has announced that it has sold more than 50 million copies across the mentioned titles.

The developer shared the exciting news in a recent X/Twitter post, detailing the numbers for each game. A cinematic co-op about a breakout from a prison, A Way Out, has sold 13 million copies since its launch in 2018; a beloved heartwarming experience It Takes Two, released in 2021, has reached 30 million copies sold, becoming the leader among Hazelight's mentioned titles; and Split Fiction, the studio's most recent 2025 game mixing fantasy and sci-fi, has hit 7 million copies sold.

The studio thanked the audience and shared that it's working on a new game: "Your love and support keeps us going and we can't wait to show you our fourth game." We already heard about Hazelight's next project last year from Founder and Game Director Josef Fares, but the developer didn't reveal the details about the game's plot and core ideas, and we can't wait to check out what Hazelight has in store for us.
