In October, we reported that the Fallout TV series is set to hit the screen on April 12, 2024. The highly-anticipated show will be streamed on Amazon Prime Video but there's not much information on how many episodes will be released.
Based on the iconic Fallout franchise, the series will explore people's lives after a devastating nuclear war. The story follows Lucy, portrayed by Ella Purnell, who has spent her entire life in an underground shelter and must now venture out on a rescue mission. The cast also includes Walton Goggins and Kyle MacLachlan in prominent roles alongside Ella Purnell.

Throughout the series, Lucy will meet two other main characters, including Maximus, a member of the surface-dwelling Brotherhood of Steel. The creators of the show promise that the series will maintain the same humor and atmosphere as the original games.

Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, best known for creating the Westworld series, are working on the eagerly-awaited television adaptation of Fallout. Also, the series is produced with the support of Bethesda, who helps the show's script align with the game storylines. Todd Howard has confirmed that the events depicted in the series will be considered canon.
