Highly-Anticipated ARPG Black Myth: Wukong Will Debut on Time

With less than two weeks to go until the launch of Black Myth: Wu Kong, the highly anticipated action RPG based on Chinese mythology, Journey to the West, the developer Game Science has taken to X/Twitter to announce that the game's development is complete and the game will meet the eagerly-waiting players "as scheduled." In addition, a brand-new trailer will be launched in less than 24 hours. 

During this final period before the launch, the entire development team works intensively, "experiencing, testing, and deploying the game." They also expressed their desire to avoid "spreading any text, images, or videos that might reveal unreleased content." This way, players can fully immerse themselves and enjoy all the surprises the game has to offer upon its official launch.

Earlier this year, the game was updated with full ray tracing enhanced by DLSS 3.5 with Ray Reconstruction. Thanks to this tech, it is expected to deliver more vivid and realistic visuals. 

The game is now available for pre-order on PS5, Steam, Epic Games Store, and WeGame, the largest PC gaming platform in China, and will be playable at 10 AM (UTC+8) on August 20, 2024. Speaking of the pre-order, here is the "pre-order now available" trailer that's worth checking out:
