Aiden Farmer has shared a couple of impressive visual effects inspired by traditional ink paintings.
VFX Artist Aiden-Sean Luke Farmer has recently showcased a couple of incredible 3D visual effects inspired by traditional Chinese and Japanese ink paintings. Created in Epic Games' Unreal Engine 5, these marvelous VFX depict a series of fluid sword attacks and a cinematic Black Ink Scroll effect that look like they were taken straight from a AAA fighting game inspired by Medival Asia. Besides UE5, Aiden also leveraged Maya and Substance 3D Designer for additional modeling and texturing tasks.
