"Doesn't even need shield modules."
Although Nokia is now a shadow of its former self, the legendary indestructibility and resilience of its phones – Nokia 3310 in particular – will likely endure as new-age folklore for decades to come. Paying tribute to the iconic mobile phone manufacturer is Reddit user AcoupleofIrishfolk, who crafted a near-accurate replica of the aforementioned 3310 model as a spaceship in No Man's Sky.
In case you missed it, NMS recently received the Voyagers update, which introduced the ability to create and customize colossal Corvette-class starships. Capitalizing on this feature in a way Hello Games probably intended – not to maximize efficiency of the craft but to make it look as creative as possible – AcoupleofIrishfolk constructed their Nokia 3310 ship in about an hour, jokingly remarking that it's so sturdy it doesn't even need shield modules.
