The GPUs come with 6-8 ray tracing units, 6-8 Xe-cores, and support DirectX 12.
Intel has launched Arc 3 GPUs for laptops, the first and least powerful models of Intel's Arc A series. The launch includes two models, the A350M and the A370M, both of which can be considered to be a "preview" of the upcoming Intel Arc 5 and Intel Arc 7 models that are set to be released later this year. The A350M GPU comes with six Xe-cores, six ray tracing units, 1150 MHz, and 25-35W graphics power. The A370M model is slightly more powerful with eight Xe-cores, eight ray tracing units, 1550 MHz, and 35-50W graphics power. Both models have a 64-bit memory bus width and 4 GB of memory.
Intel has also shared a graph that shows the specs of Arc 5 and Arc 7. According to the graph, the upcoming models will be much more powerful and will offer significantly more graphics cores, ray tracing units, memory, and power, as well as Intel's Xe Super Sampling (XeSS).
