Some Godot shaders will also be made available for free.
Fabrizio Espindola, the author of The Unity Shaders Bible and the founder of Jettelly, has recently begun exploring Godot and hinted that he's planning to create The Godot Shaders Bible, an in-depth guide to shader development in Godot. Now it's official: The Godot Shaders Bible is taking shape and will be released next year.
In addition to the book, Jettelly announced that some of the shaders will eventually be made available for free. While there isn't much information available yet about The Godot Shaders Bible, the creators have mentioned that it will cover a wide range of topics, including compute shaders, particle systems, ray marching, advanced mathematics (such as quaternions, matrices, and more), and visual effects.
Everything is presented linearly, step-by-step, promising to be a valuable tool for both beginners and experienced developers looking to deepen their knowledge of shader development in Godot.
