Fabrizio Espindola, the author of The Unity Shaders Bible and founder of Jettelly, began exploring Godot Engine last year and is now working on The Godot Shaders Bible, a thorough guide to shader development in Godot.

For beginners to Godot, this could be an invaluable resource, as it goes beyond the standard documentation. Much like The Unity Shaders Bible, it offers deep insights, best practices, and tips for optimizing performance. In just four chapters, you'll dive into both 2D and 3D effects, learn how to generate and manipulate meshes, use advanced techniques such as HLSL-style matrix operations, and bring your artistic concepts to life.

The book is currently in development and is being released chapter by chapter, available in both English and Spanish. If you purchase it now, you'll receive all future updates for free until its completion. A portion of the earnings will also go towards sponsoring Godot Engine.
