syhper.bk showcased a new realistic portrait created to learn more about facial structure.
Freelance 3D Character Artist and Modeler known only as syhper.bk continues the series of photorealistic 3D characters with an incredibly lifelike model of Cindy Sherman, a world-renowned artist and photographer known for her photographic self-portraits.
Created to learn more about human facial structure and facial expression, the portrait was set up using such programs as Maya, ZBrush, Substance 3D Painter, and Mari, as well as Arnold, which was used to render the character. As a base, the author utilized a Displacement Map from 3D Scan Store, which was further tweaked with the addition of hand-sculpted HD pores and wrinkles.
Earlier, syhper.bk also presented a realistic 3D recreation of Felix, a dancer and vocalist from the K-pop group Stray Kids:
