E3 2024 and 2025 have been canceled, the Los Angeles Tourism Board of Commissioners reveals. During a meeting on June 21, the board presented updated information on the tourism business in Los Angeles. Page 21 contains a block that indicates "E3 cancellations for 2024 & 2025".
Axios reporter Stephen Totilo also states ESA representatives replied that E3 2024's fate is still not final. "ESA is currently in conversation with ESA members and other stakeholders about E3 2024 (and beyond), and no final decisions about the events have been made at this time," said the representative.
Previously, the team behind the event canceled E3 2023 but didn't confirm whether the event would return in the future. E3 2024 and 2025 were scheduled for June 11 and 3, but it appears the event will not be coming back in the foreseeable future.
