The tool features AI suggestions for new concepts and helps game developers to be more productive.
Ludo, the AI-powered creativity platform for game developers, launched a Game Concept creator, which can quickly create a Game Design Document (GDD).
"With our newly introduced Game Concept feature, we have succeeded in bringing together a wide array of useful tools to help creators to build an integrated GDD," said Tom Pigott, CEO and Founder of Ludo. This new feature is the result of Ludo’s research and the latest state-of-the-art AI. By having a range of creativity tools in one space, users can quickly conceptualise new game ideas, and create the perfect document to share with potential publishers."
With its Game Elements feature, Ludo can suggest ideas for mechanics, game plots, characters, game universes, and levels, you just need to input a description of your game concept or start from an already generated idea.
Other Ludo's features include Image Generator, Daily Trends, Top Charts, and the Game Ideator. According to the studio, all of these combined save game developers a lot of time and help them create their next games efficiently and effectively.
Ludo uses machine learning and natural language processing to suggest game ideas and mechanics, review gaming trends, and provide help "to inspire developers and creators." You can provide keywords, natural language descriptions, game mechanics, or imagery, and Ludo will return several written game concepts, artwork, and images. To do so, it is said the program analyzes its database of 1.2 million games and over 4 million images.
