Mesmerizing Fluid Simulation Set Up With Houdini

The creator utilized Mantra to render the sim.

Have a look at this majestic and hypnotizing 3D simulation of a raging stormy sea created by an aspiring Houdini FX Student known only as Helios. As stated by the author, the simulation in question was set up in SideFX's flagship software using FLIP (Fluid Implicit Particles) and rendered in Mantra, Houdini's built-in multi-paradigm renderer that implements scanline, raytracing, and physically-based rendering.
