Meta Launches VR Subscription Service Called Quest+

The new subscription service comes with two quest games each month.

Meta has announced the Meta Quest+, a VR subscription service that costs $7.99 per month. You can also get it for $59.99 per year, and if you sign up through July 31, you get the first month for $1.

Users are granted access to two "hand-picked" VR games at the beginning of each month. As long as they continue to be Quest+ subscribers, these games are added to their library, which expands monthly. In July, the users will get Cloudhead Games’ physical action-rhythm FPS Pistol Whip and an arcade adventure Pixel Ripped 1995 from ARVORE Immersive Experiences.

According to Meta, the subscription gives users a monthly value of "up to $60," as well as the convenience of a curated experience. Meta Quest+ is available for all owners of Quest 2 and Quest Pro headsets, and the service is forward-compatible with Quest 3.

"We’re excited to give gamers on Meta Quest a new way to explore all their headsets have to offer," wrote the tech giant in the announcement.
