What could this content be?
Konami's Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Volume 1 is a set of retro games from Hideo Kojima, including Metal Gear, Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake, Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. The first Metal Gear was released in 1987, and much has changed since then, both in terms of game development and the real world.
Apparently, so much that the Collection needs a warning that the games' content "may be considered outdated".
"This game contains expressions and themes which may be considered outdated. However, these elements have been included without alteration to preserve the historical context in which the game was made and the creator's original vision. Player discretion is advised," says the warning, according to GamesRadar.

While it isn't pointing any fingers, the singular "creator" in the text most probably means Hideo Kojima. Now, there could be a number of reasons for a company to include such a warning – anything that could cancel it for promoting potentially harmful ideas. What could they be in the Metal Gear series?
Well, as GamesRadar pointed out, it might be the characters' questionable view of women and different kinds of relationships. I guess we'll have to play the series again to figure it out.
Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Volume 1 is going to be released on October 24 for Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, PS5, PS4, and PC.
