Metroid Prime Remastered Has Sold 1.09 Million Copies

The game has reached its first important milestone in less than 2 months.

Nintendo has published the financial report for the first quarter of 2023, revealing that the critically-acclaimed Metroid Prime: Remastered, an upgraded version of the original title released for GameCube launched on February 8 for Nintendo Switch, has passed its first major sales milestone in less than two months.

According to the report, the game sold 1.09 million units by March 31, 2023, with the downloadable version accounting for a higher portion of overall unit sales, as the downloadable version of Metroid Prime Remastered was released before the packaged version.
