Minecraft Creator Says the Next Game to Be a Looter Shooter Inspired by Borderlands

Based on the recent tweets shared by Markus Alexej Persson, known as Notch, who you may recognize for developing Minecraft, the new project is in the works.

According to Notch, the developer is working on a looter shooter game, similar to Borderlands, but "with unique swords and capes instead of unique weapons and shields". Unlike Minecraft, the game will have sloping surfaces.

Notch also shared some pictures, where the textures are made up of cubes.
