Moroi: an Upcoming Action-Adventure with Dark Fantasy Setting

Devolver Digital, the owner of publisher Good Shepherd Entertainment, has revealed a new title, Moroi, which is an action-adventure with a dark fantasy setting developed by Violet Saint.

"Moroi is a grimdark fairytale with an even darker sense of humor." It takes place in a place called the Cosmic Engine, where players find themselves prisoners with a living nightmare. You don't know who you are or where you came from, but you know you did something bad. As you try to escape from this place, you’ll slowly figure out the truth about your past.

The game offers a powerful arsenal to take down the undead army. It could be a good idea to use the Chainsword to slice the hordes of enemies into pieces and save Power Hammer for boss fights. "Mix and match to find the build that best suits your playstyle."

Bizzare could be one of the main themes of the game. What awaits you in the journey are various environmental and logic puzzles, which could be solved in bizarre ways, like "drinking blood, forcing regurgitation, and digging through viscera." And you'll meet a bizarre cast of characters; some of them might help you, some might mess you up.

When it comes to its narrative, you'll need to play through Moroi a few times to see everything the game offers. There are little story changes and a bunch of different endings that can totally change how the story is told.
