Mysterious Man & His Elixirs Skillfully Crafted in 3D

Ecaterina Kaliforova presented her Intermediate Term project created at Think Tank Training Centre, a depiction of a man and his elixirs, inspired by artist Steve McDonald.
The man is holding a poster stating "Professor McDonald's illustrative elixirs for the treatment of dull imagination and faded fancy," all lovingly crafted in 3D. Kaliforova paid special attention to his skin, wrinkles, and eyes, making them deep and realistic.
"This character was inspired by the incredible illustration by Steve McDonald and served as an opportunity to explore high-fidelity texturing, grooming, realistic skin details, translucent glass shading, and intricate fabric work while translating a rich 2D concept into a believable 3D character."
