Take a look at Mull's Loansword.
This simple yet very stylish and enigmatic character was brought to life by an artist known as Mull, who, despite having no prior experience, crafted the 3D model in just 24 hours with assistance from friends who took care of the rigging and the music. The model was made using Blockbench, a free, open-source tool widely used for efficiently creating low-poly models, textures, and animations, particularly for Minecraft.
The name is Loansword, an original character by Mull. She's heavily inspired by O'Rin of the Water, an optional mini-boss in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, a haunting shamisen-playing woman. Take a closer look at her design below:
