Define a custom Pivot Point to align gizmos or adjust an object's origin.
At its core, Pixie Pivot acts as a smart controller for Blender's 3D Cursor. This powerful tool lets you reposition gizmos, set and rotate object origins, define custom planes for flattening geometry, align edges, and much more.
Armored Colony was heavily inspired by the pivot systems in Maya and 3ds Max. Pixie Pivot allows you to set a custom Pivot Point to align gizmos or change an object's origin. Also works without gizmos (G, R, S transforms).
Align your gizmos to follow edges or face normals, and click and drag to align your gizmo with another element, without needing to change selections:
You can also snap to mesh centers and bounding box elements. Pixie Pivot supports up to 3 alignment points when precision is needed. Also, instead of aligning gizmos, you can set new object origins.
This tool is highly customizable: tweak hotkeys, actions, startup defaults, colors, and more to fit your workflow. The built-in HUD clearly displays every action and available key press, so you always know what's happening.
