Looks pretty natural.
VTuber creator Gloria has demonstrated how Magica Cloth's physics simulates hair movement, and the result looks really great.
Magica Cloth is a high-speed cloth simulation operated by Unity's job system and burst compiler. It can create impressive natural movements as soon as you get through its reportedly complicated settings.
You might have seen the software in action on VTuber Fusako's dress.
So while hair might not be its primary target, Magica Cloth works fine not only with fabric.
