Nintendo Switch Lite Revealed

Nintendo has announced a new Nintendo Switch called the Nintendo Switch Lite.

Nintendo has announced a new Nintendo Switch called the Nintendo Switch Lite. The new console will a bit cheaper than the original one, plus it will come with a few drawbacks.

First, you can’t connect the Switch Light to a TV: no dock or port for TV connection. Also, the Joy-Con controllers aren’t detachable, so you can’t put your Switch on a table and play using the detached controllers.

Still, the new one will give you a chance to play the exact same games, and it is smaller and lighter than the original Switch — 0.61 lbs versus 0.88 lbs (277 g versus 399 g). It will come with a 5.5-inch touchscreen instead of a 6.2-inch touchscreen.

The new console is also said to have better battery life. You will be able to play for 3 to 7 hours.

Nintendo will release the Nintendo Switch Lite on September 20 and it will be available in multiple colors — yellow, gray and turquoise. Don’t forget to discuss the story in the comments.
