Dante Leoncini revealed an ergonomic setup for his Symbian-based Blendersito.
"I'm being told it would be very uncomfortable to use. The reality is that you can connect a monitor and keyboard and use the same key combinations as the real Blender", commented Dante Leoncini, the creator of Blendersito, a Blender clone developed from scratch for Symbian OS running on a Nokia N95 mobile phone.
According to the developer, connected to the phone via TVout, this setup runs smoothly and is very usable, enabling image rendering as shown in the demo. For those who missed this news, Blendersito doesn't share code with the original Blender. This project aims to highlight the waste of perfectly usable phones due to forced obsolescence, both those from 18 years ago and current models.
