Overwatch & Diablo Cartoons Reportedly in the Works

Diablo and Overwatch will both get animated series according to the LinkedIn profile of Nick van Dyk, co-president of Activision Blizzard Studios. His page states that Diablo is getting a series rendered in anime style, currently in pre-production. The project is said to be released worldwide through Netflix. 

What is more, van Dyk wrote that he "developed and sold an animated series based on Blizzard's Overwatch franchise." The page doesn't say anything about the platform or the stage of production. 

Diablo IV and Overwatch 2 are both currently in development, so the development of these series would be quite logical. What do you think about the news? Are you excited about the potential animated projects?
