Check out a realistic recreation of a British seaside made with UE5 and photogrammetry by Melhem Sfeir.
3D Artist and Designer Melhem Sfeir has unveiled a new realistic environment that depicts a British riverside pub and is made using Unreal Engine 5 and photogrammetry assets. According to the artist, the scene is based on scans done by artfletch. Some of the meshes were adjusted by the author but most of the work was done using UE5's Nanite and Lumen. The demo you can see above runs at 100 FPS at 2K on RTX 3070 with DLSS.
"Photogrammetry and UE5 go so well together," comments the author on the resulting scene. "Can't beat these scans and the photorealism they bring to the scene and love how they capture the British riverside pub feeling."
