That's definitely no lie.

Lies of P is an action-packed souls-like game that immerses players in a dark Belle Époque world, drawing inspiration from the timeless Italian novel Pinocchio. Within the desolate city of Krat, now overrun by macabre automatons, P embarks on a quest to locate Mr. Geppetto and restore Krat to its former glory, seeking to undo the calamity that has befallen the once vibrant landscape.

Today, on October 17, the developer behind the game, Neowiz Games, shared the exciting news, announcing that Lies of P has hit one million units sold. After just one month since its release, the game has reached a remarkable milestone of selling over one million copies. The game's creators express their gratitude to the players and celebrate this achievement by unveiling special artwork.

"We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the citizens of Krat. Thank you to everyone who helped us and accompanied us and we hope you join in our future journeys as well," wrote the developer on Twitter.

During Steam Next Fest and other showcases earlier this year, Lies of P caught Neowiz by surprise with its exceptional performance, foreshadowing its future success. After becoming one of the top 100 most-played games on Steam globally and reaching the pinnacle of Steam's "Daily Active Demo Players" chart, the studio decided to extend the availability of the game's demo indefinitely.

Within just three days, the Lies of P public demo garnered over 1 million downloads across PC and console platforms, solidifying its popularity and widespread appeal.
