Post-Apocalyptic Parkour Platformer Inspired by 2008 Prince of Persia

Parkour through brutalist landscapes and fight massive heavy machines in MOTORSLICE, a slice-of-life action-adventure developed by a team of two.

Check out MOTORSLICE, an upcoming slice-of-life action-adventure game with dynamic parkour mechanics inspired by the 2008 Prince of Persia and Mirror's Edge, set in a brutalist post-apocalyptic world populated by hostile construction equipment.

Developed by a team of two, MOTORSLICE puts you in the shoes of P, a sleepy girl who must climb, slide, crouch, wall-run, stunt, and chainsaw her way through a variety of hardcore deadly traps scattered throughout the game's liminal, megalophobia-inducing map. On your way, you'll encounter a variety of mechanical enemies, from smaller machines to massive dump trucks, which you'll need to climb and slice, Shadow of the Colossus-style.

"Get in, eliminate all the machines, get out. That was the job. But upon arriving at an abandoned megastructure, P discovers an imposing dreadful machine, and she soon realizes that this is no ordinary job," comments the developer. "Partner with a mysterious malfunctioning Orb Drone, and embark on a daily routine of a 'Slicer'. With nothing more than her chainsaw, she must bring this place down, whatever it takes."

At the moment, MOTORSLICE is still in its earlier stages of production, with Regular Studio, the game's developer, stating that they plan to ship the title next year. You can learn more and wishlist MOTORSLICE on Steam.

You can follow the game's development process via Regular Studio's Twitter page, filled to the brim with insightful behind-the-scenes demos.
