Quake & Doom Creator id Software Is Working on Its "Next Big Game"

It's not yet clear what game it is.

At QuakeCon last week, id Software, the company behind Quake and Doom, revealed that it's working on a new "big game." Unfortunately, the studio's executive producer Marty Stratton said it can't share any details yet, so we can only wonder what kind of game id is developing.

"Here at id, the team is hard at work on our next big game ... although we are not ready to share those details quite yet."

Fans and media have been discussing the possibilities, assuming the new game could be connected with Quake or Doom, although a totally new title could also be in the cards.

What do you think the "big game" will be? Share your ideas, check out the QuakeCon stream on Twitch, and don't forget to join our Reddit page and our Telegram channel, follow us on Instagram and Twitter, where we are sharing breakdowns, the latest news, awesome artworks, and more.
