A couple of weeks ago, Character Artist Raf Grassetti announced his departure from Sony Santa Monica after nearly a decade of working there as a Lead Character Artist for the 2018 God of War, Art Director for God of War: Ragnarök, and Studio Art Director since November 2022.
Given his impressive portfolio, it didn't take long for the renowned artist to secure a position at another major company. As per Grassetti's recent statement, he has now joined the Netflix team to work on a brand-new original AAA game alongside Joseph Staten, formerly a writer for Halo, Jerry Edsall, who previously served as the Technical Director at the Coalition, and Chacko Sonny, ex-executive producer of Overwatch.
