Reallusion Released Free Auto Character Setup Tool for Unity

It automates the task of digital human shader assignment, characterization and motion preview.

Reallusion has released Auto Setup for Unity HDRP – a free plug-in that helps adjust the characters and assets from Character Creator, iClone, and ActorCore in the engine.

Auto Setup can automate the creation of digital human shaders, correct deviations in the posture of the characters, preview facial expression morphs, and retarget animation from one character to another.

"Auto Setup tool for Unity HDRP lets users freely modify each shader parameter, from color varieties of the hair to refraction levels of the eyes. Characters made with Character Creator 4 can now retain high-quality rendering for the hair, facial features, and skin."

According to the tool's page, Reallusion is planning to expand it and add physics, LOD deployment, lightroom, tessellation, and more.
