Pixar has presented the latest version of its RenderMan.
There's a new roughness parameter to the PxrSurface material, so you can now have separate roughness values for reflections and refractions in the glass.
What is more, the update introduces a number of workflow improvements for Maya users when working with Alembic caches (the option to auto-save edits to RenderMan Look Files and more), and also adds support for Maya 2020.
