Recent rumors have been confirmed by Capcom.
Nemesis will return to hunt players in the upcoming remakes of one of the best Resident Evil games. During this morning’s PlayStation State of Play presentation, Capcom announced the remake is coming to PlayStation 4 on April 20. Players will also get the four-versus-one Resident Evil Resistance multiplayer game.
"Taking place a few months after the original Resident Evil ends, Resident Evil 3 takes place both before and after the events of Resident Evil 2," states the description. "While Leon and Claire’s stories occur after the city has already been infected for some time, Jill’s story provides a new perspective. Starting with the early days of the outbreak, you’ll follow Jill’s fight for survival as the population of the once-lively metropolis turns into hordes of undead."
The remake was revealed as the unannounced single-player campaign for Project Resistance. Turns out, Resistance was just a multiplayer part for the long-awaited remake.
Are you excited about the announcement? Personally, I can't wait to replay all the legendary levels.
