The new version of Orange Turbine's suite of sketch-based retopology tools for Blender, designed to generate geometry that snaps directly to the surface of high-poly models, is now out of beta and available to everyone.
Retopoflow 4's PolyPen tool offers precise, vertex-by-vertex control for constructing complex topology, while the PolyStrips tool provides a fast and intuitive way to lay out key face loops and refine existing face strips on detailed models.
Strokes is a highly versatile tool designed for quickly sketching quad patches and filling gaps in the mesh. The Contours tool makes it easy to retopologize cylindrical shapes with speed and accuracy. There are also the Tweak Brush to interactively adjust vertex positions across the surface of the source mesh, and the Relax Brush for smooth vertex positioning while keeping vertices constrained to the mesh's surface.
