Half-Life 3?
Valve
Valve is, as usual, not very generous with its plans, but some sharp-eyed fans have found some information indicating the company is working on a new game apart from Deadlock.
A mention of Project White Sands, developed by Valve, has been discovered in actress and producer Natasha Chandel's portfolio on her website. She voiced one of the characters, although nothing else is known about it yet.

This part of the resume has recently been removed, but interestingly, it had been up since February or even earlier, according to The Wayback Machine.
So what could this project be? Of course, fans hope for Half-Life 3, and YouTuber Tyler McVicker, who focuses on game news and leaks, is no exception. In his recent video, he covers some data-mined information about the assumed project, previously known as HLX, which he calls a "fully-fledged non-VR Half-Life game" in development since Half-Life: Alyx and speculates it is the continuation of the famous series we've been waiting for.
There are several details pointing to the conclusion, like the protagonist wearing an HEV suit. McVicker thinks the production is nearing completion based on the data-mined info as the "features architecture has been speeding up." You can find out more in the full video, just remember: it's speculation at this point.
