Sackboy: A Big Adventure Is Now the Worst PlayStation Launch on PC

Sumo Digital's platformer had an unsuccessful start on Steam – the all-time peak of concurrent players on the platform managed to reach only 610 players.

The PC launch of Sumo Digital's 2020 platformer Sackboy: A Big Adventure probably didn't go as smoothly as it was planned – the game managed to achieve a peak of just 610 concurrent players within five days since its release.

According to SteamDB charts, the all-time peak was reached on October 30 and since then, it hasn't exceeded 600 people playing the game at the same time. At the time of writing, the 24-hour peak reaches only 386 users, and only 138 people are playing the game right now.

Sackboy: A Big Adventure is now the worst performer among all PlayStation exclusives that were ported to PC. Prior to this, it was the PC version of Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection, which includes Uncharted 4: A Thief's End and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, released on October 19. The title's all-time peak is now less than 11,000 concurrent players.

The leading position among PlayStation games released on Steam remains being taken by 2018's God of War with a peak of 73,529 concurrent players. It is followed by Marvel's Spider-Man (all-time peak of 66,436 players), and Horizon Zero Dawn (56,557 players).
