Sad Anime-Style 3D Girl Model Created With Blender

Sumineko BeBe has once again merged the 3D and anime realms together.

3D Artist and Animator Sumineko BeBe, whose anime-like works you all know and love, continues working on their upcoming indie anime, The Sun, offering a sneak peek at one of its scenes in a recent demo showcase.

The demo in question depicts both the finalized and wireframe versions of a 3D character model of an anime girl with tears in her eyes, confirming that she is indeed 3D and suggesting that The Sun may have a melancholic tone. Beyond this, little information has been revealed – except that the girl was created using Blender, Sumineko's preferred 3D software – keeping the specifics of the anime's plot a mystery.
