Ninja Theory has shared a new gameplay trailer for Hellblade II and announced the game's release window.
During Xbox Games Showcase 2023, Ninja Theory has shared a brand-new gameplay trailer for Senua's Saga: Hellblade II, an upcoming Unreal Engine 5-powered action-adventure and a sequel to the studio's 2017 Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice.
Offering one more look at the game's gorgeous visuals and gameplay mechanics, the new trailer also unveiled Hellblade II's release window, stating that the long-awaited title will be released sometime in 2024. According to the developers, Senua's Saga: Hellblade II will be available via PC and Xbox Series X/S.
"The sequel to the award-winning Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice, Senua returns in a brutal journey of survival through the myth and torment of Viking Iceland," reads the game's Steam description. "Intent on saving those who have fallen victim to the horrors of tyranny, Senua faces a battle of overcoming the darkness within and without. Sink deep into the next chapter of Senua’s story, a crafted experience told through cinematic immersion, beautifully realised visuals and encapsulating sound."
