Kaiserpunk will make you feel like the ultimate ruler.
What if you could set up your own city and grow it, slowly expanding your influence all over the world? You can soon find out when this ambitious game comes out in 2024.
Kaiserpunk is described by the developer Overseer Games as an "ultimate city builder and grand strategy combo set in an alternative 20th-century world." You have an intoxicating power to reshape history if you wish or leave everything as it is and exploit it to your heart's content.

Here, you build your own city-state from scratch, where each part of the city reflects your strategic choices. As with any game in this genre, you unlock different buildings and upgrades, and your city grows on land and over water. You can develop technology from zeppelins to mighty bombers, make alliances, trade, and conquer over 100 areas, each with its own bonuses and penalties. Naturally, you're not alone with a grand design, so you'll have to gather your armies and fight on land, at sea, and in the air.
The intricate gameplay of resource management and industrial production will keep you occupied for hours. There are 100 resources to work with, and keeping your workers happy is key. Handling logistics is also important. Make sure your supply lines are efficient, trade with others, and keep your production going by having a happy workforce.

Your choices matter in Kaiserpunk, affecting the story, economy, and your citizens' lives. The game changes with every building you put up, every area you take over, and every move you make. Making the wrong choices could strip you of your power, so be careful.

If you enjoy city builders, take a look at Manor Lords and Farthest Frontier, which might not have a grand strategy in mind but will surely feed any power-hungry urges.
