Silent Hill Transmission Arriving in Just 2 Days

Just a few hours ago, Konami dropped a bombshell for both Silent Hill franchise fans and the entire gaming industry. They announced a Silent Hill Transmission set for Thursday, May 30, at 4 pm PDT. This will provide updates on games, delve deeper into the upcoming film, and introduce new merchandise.

The announcement did not reveal specific details about what we can expect from the transmission. However, with only two days left, our wait for answers won't be long. 

We're not entirely in the dark, though. The Bloober Team, known for working on the Silent Hill 2 remake, also announced the news. Coupled with the fact that the game received ratings in Korea and from ESRB earlier this year, it's reasonable to anticipate some major updates regarding the Silent Hill 2 remake, maybe a release date.

The first Silent Hill Transmission, which took place on October 19, 2022, made several major reveals, including the Silent Hill 2 Remake and spinoffs titled Silent Hill: Townfall, which has been developed by the creator of Stories Untold and Observation No Code in collaboration with Annapurna Interactive and Silent Hill f, which is set in 1960s Japan and has been developed by Neobards Entertainment, a studio predominantly recognized for its frequent outsourcing partnership with Capcom.
