Pet a dog, grab an NPC, throw stuff at people, and enjoy their reaction.
Modder FlyingParticle released PLANC – a Skyrim VR mod adding ragdoll physics to the world and allowing players to interact with objects, animals, and people.
You can grab someone, hold their hand, pet a dog, throw something, and watch the characters react.
The mod also changes the combat making it more physically accurate: you now need your weapon to collide with the enemy's ragdoll, as opposed to the capsule it used to be. The enemy will react in accordance with the laws of physics.
The NPCs' reaction to collision depends on the object's weight. If you throw something small at them, they will only flinch, but if it's a big heavy object, they might even take some damage.
