Created using Live2D, an animation software that can be used to generate real-time 2D animations using layered, continuous parts based on an illustration, the project boasts a high level of detail and features some incredibly fluid clothing animations and visual effects. According to the creator, the character herself was designed by the artist known as wmkunkun.
