Steam Is Offering Its Best Strategy Games with a Discount

With so many games coming out in such a short time, you might feel the need to go back to fan-favorite strategy titles, which are now on sale on Steam.

Steam Strategy Fest is offering popular games like Sid Meier’s Civilization VI and Anno 1800 until September 4. My personal recommendation would be Crusader Kings III, especially if you like chaotic gameplay, choices that can destroy the Holy Roman Empire or turn your character into a Satan-worshipping horse, and breeding your way from a mere count to an emperor.

Alternatively, you can choose a card or board strategy like Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel, Tabletop Simulator, or Baldur's Gate II. I mean, come on, you know you want to learn all that lore after you're done with Larian's latest hit.

The RTS category is giving away Age of Empires II and Northgard for a reduced price, while the turn-based genre has a couple of Total War titles and Age of Wonders III to offer. There are also Dune: Spice Wars, Europa Universalis IV, and more.
