The game is moving to Unreal Engine 5 and will be released on March 1, 2023.
FNTASTIC announced its highly anticipated open-world MMO survival The Day Before is getting delayed and will be released on March 1, 2023. The developers say it's connected to them moving the game to Unreal Engine 5.
"Feeling and understanding the great responsibility that we face, with enormous gratitude in our hearts, we're pleased to announce that The Day Before is switching to the new Unreal Engine 5 technology! The transition to a more advanced and adapted open worlds engine will make the gameplay of The Day Before even more fantastic," shared the developer.
The responsibility is understandable as it is the most wishlisted game on Steam at the moment.
The Day Before is set in a "deadly, post-pandemic America overrun by flesh-hungry infected and survivors killing each other for food, weapons, and cars." You wake up without memories of the world and try to survive and find some answers.
The game will be released on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Check it out on Steam and don't forget to join our new Reddit page, our new Telegram channel, follow us on Instagram and Twitter, where we are sharing breakdowns, the latest news, awesome artworks, and more.
