The team behind Skyblivion, a fan recreation of Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion in the Skyrim engine, showcased a 20-minute mod gameplay footage. In the video, the team previews two side quests of the mod, Fingers of the Mountain and Killing Fields.
Skyblivion's developers aim to introduce Oblivion to new viewers and loyal fans. The mod is planned to be free of charge, but the installment of the base games and the DLCs is required.

In the comments to the team's Twitter post announcing the video, one of the viewers spotted a bug with the character's face color. The developers responded to the comment, saying that it was easy to fix and the video itself represented the current mod's state.
The release is scheduled for 2025. In June 2023, the developers shared that about 70% of the mod, which stands for 6 regions out of 9, is ready. The developers also said that they would continue working on the project even if Bethesda released a remaster of Oblivion. As stated by the team, the progress of creating the mod is steady, but they are always open for new volunteers to join them.
Earlier, the team shared a 4-hour live stream on the project's progress.
