Tales of the Shire: A The Lord of The Rings Game First Trailer Out

The upcoming game, Tales of the Shire: A The Lord of The Rings Game, was first announced last September. It has recently released its first trailer, providing a glimpse into the cozy atmosphere and immersive gameplay. 

Developed by the renowned Wētā Workshop, known for their award-winning work in film and television, and published by Private Division, the publisher behind successful games like The Outer Worlds, Tales of the Shire invites you into a serene, Hobbit-centric world.

Set in the idyllic Shire from J.R.R. Tolkien's famous series, you can create your own Hobbit character and help the town of Bywater flourish. From decorating a Hobbit hole to foraging for food, fishing, and trading with townsfolk, the game offers a charmingly tranquil Middle-earth experience. 

A key attraction of Tales of the Shire is the focus on the simple pleasures of Hobbit life. You can prepare and share homemade meals with fellow Hobbits, building relationships within the community. The game also enables you to explore Bywater and its surroundings, discovering secret glades and lost treasures of the Shire.
