The creators of the highly anticipated Skyrim mod Skyblivion have released a new trailer, revealing that the game will be ready in 2025 "at the latest". In the video, you can see the fruit of the hard work volunteers have poured into the mod in the form of beautiful locations and new character models.
Skyblivion is a fan project that aims to recreate Oblivion in the Skyrim engine. It has been in development since 2012, supported by like-minded players wanting to "bring The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion to a new generation of gamers and re-introduce it to long-time fans of the series."
While the release window has a long way to go, the trailer shows that the team is still passionate about Skyblivion and its development hasn't been stopped. What it has now already looks great, and it's interesting to see what the developers will achieve by 2025.
